How it works

From a plain-language question to a sourced number.

    Connect the MCP server

    One command in Claude Code, or a few lines of config in Cursor, Kiro or Claude Desktop. One API key, nothing to host.

  2. 2

    Ask in plain language

    The agent finds the right curated query (consultas_buscar), reads its contract and runs it with validated params — a municipality by IBGE code or "Name/UF".

  3. 3

    Get data with its source

    Every response carries documented columns with units and a "fonte" block naming the table and original source. When it needs "right now", the agent goes straight to gov.br APIs.

Government data is messy: codes change, files get republished, columns drift, and sources ship errors. The work happens before your agent ever sees a row.

Declarative data-quality checks gate each load — a load that fails them never reaches the lake.

Documented columns

Every table has its grain, source, license and a description for every column, with units.

Corrected source errors

Known problems in the original files are fixed before loading, and municipalities are keyed by a validated 7-digit IBGE code.

Lineage

Every response carries a "fonte" block naming the table and original source behind each number.

Scheduled freshness

Loads re-run on a schedule as sources publish; each table carries its snapshot date.
